FAQ

No, it is not. Where parking is regulated by civil law, the disabled person's permit is only valid for parking spaces that are marked as such. If the space is in an area that is otherwise subject to a charge, the permit holder must normally also pay a parking fee.

The vehicle may be parked for as long as the activity requires it. However, operations other than the actual movement of goods, such as unpacking and the like, must not take place and it is important that goods are picked up or left in the vehicle at least once every six minutes.

Where parking is prohibited, stopping is authorised only for the purpose of embarking or disembarking or loading or unloading goods.

You pay the parking ticket when you park your vehicle, but as you don't have a windscreen to put it in, you put the ticket in your wallet or some other safe place. If you are reported, send in the inspection fee and the parking ticket and tell them how it is.

Information on payment by e-invoice and direct debit

To apply for an e-invoice, you do this directly via your online bank.

Search for Europark Svenska AB or Apcoa (the name may vary depending on the bank).

For direct debit, apply via your online bank by searching for the company name Apcoa Sverige AB. Then enter your Payment ID in the field for payer number. You can find the Payment ID on your rent notice.

If the Payment ID is missing on your rental notice, you can enter your social security number instead. Finalise the application by accepting the payment order.

Please note that the direct debit will take effect from the next notification, which is usually the month after the application. If the direct debit application is approved, you will continue to receive a paper advice note; this note does not need to be paid manually, as the payment is made automatically via direct debit.

The notice will state that the amount is deducted by direct debit.

No, there is always a charge for parking in a disabled parking bay unless otherwise signposted on the site.

To obtain a staff authorisation, you need to register your staff profile in the Apcoa Flow app with your HSA ID.
If you do not have an HSA ID, contact your employer or the IT department at the hospital.

To add a staff profile, proceed as follows:
1. In the app, click on the menu at the top left (the 3 small lines)
2. Click on "Profile and Payment Method" > "Add a parking profile"
3. Click on "Add a staff profile"
4. Select "Workplace"
5. Under "Identifier" type your HSA ID (personal code)
6. Enter an alternative e-mail address and confirm your payment card
7. Accept the terms and conditions

Now it's DONE, you can start your parking with the staff zone code of the hospital you work at.

If you already have a rental agreement with us, you can solve most things yourself via the service portal
In the service portal you can:

• View your rental notices and their payment status
• View your contract
• Manage the registration numbers you have on the contract
• Change the notification method for your rent notice
• Create a new contract
• Username: Your personal or organisation number (format: XXXXXX-YYYY)
• Password: If you are an individual, you can log in with BankID. If you are a company: You will receive the password when the contract is created.

This may be because we have recently updated our IT environment.

Please try to log in via service-legacy.apcoa.se and use BankID for login.

This manual describes how to retrieve and use your Accessey key to access the garage door via Apcoa. Follow the steps below.

1. go to service.apcoa.se
2. Log in with BankID

3. Click on "Manage your Accessey keys"
4. Click on "Get Accessey key"

5. Enter your phone number in the format +467XXXXXXXXXX
6. Press "Get key"

Complete the registration (if you are a new user)

1. If you are not already an Accessey customer, you will receive an SMS with a link.
2. Click on the link to accept the invitation.
3. Download the Accessey app via the link.
4. Open the app and accept the invitation.

Use your Accessey key to open the garage door

1. Open the Accessey app

2. tap on "More" in the app

3. Select the garage door

4. Click on the garage door you want to open and then pull the padlock to the right.

Is a digital key used for entry and exit in the garage.

Download the Parakey app to your phone and apply for a digital key.

To retrieve your key, log in to the service portal service.apcoa.se and click on "Get key".
Then follow the instructions below:

- If you already have a Parakey account: Click on "Yes - Have existing Parakey account" and then log in to the Parakey app.
- If you do not have a Parakey account: Click on "No - Do NOT have a Parakey account". You will then receive an email with instructions on how to download the app and create an account.

Q1. Why is there failed payment in APCOA FLOW?
A1. Please check your registered payment card in the app.

Failed payment can be due to several factors, such as you have recently changed cards or there were insufficient funds on the card at the time of payment.

Before paying the unpaid fee, make sure that online purchases are activated for the card. This can be easily done via your banking app and only needs to be done once.

This is how you pay the unpaid fee:

Click on the three lines in the top left corner.

Go to My car parks > Past.

Select Pay.

If you have a different payment card, select Change payment method.
Select your new active card.

Finalise the payment.

Important: In case of unsuccessful payment for Park&Go (camera parking), an invoice will automatically be sent by post to the registered owner of the vehicle.

Complaints about an issued inspection fee are considered after a written objection. Normally, you cannot be exempted from the fee by calling. The address to which you should send your objection is shown on the inspection fee invoice.

The amount of the parking charge may not exceed the parking charge applicable in the municipality. In practice, it is the municipality that determines the amount of the parking fine. It may vary for different types of offences.

No, they don't. All parking attendants are paid a fixed monthly or hourly salary and their income is not related to the number of parking tickets written.

APCOA FLOW is our simplest product.

With the app, you can park automatically in areas with sign recognition by activating automatic payment.

You can also take your mind off parking by using the app in areas where you start and stop parking yourself. If you choose to activate a reminder 15 minutes before the parking time expires, you can easily extend the time if you need to stay longer.

If you have an iPhone, you canclick hereto find the app in the App Store. If you use an Android phone, you canclick hereto find the app in Google Play.

You can also go to the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone and search for APCOA FLOW.

If your mobile phone is set to another country (e.g. Germany or Denmark), a different version of the app may be downloaded - a version that does not work in Sweden.

Open the APCOA FLOW app and tap the three dashes in the top left corner to open the main menu.

Go to Settings.

Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.

When parking in another country, you need to use the local version of the Apcoa Flow app, as the apps are linked to separate platforms.

Our customer support only handles issues related to Apcoa Sweden.

When you visit our Park & Go facilities, your registration number is automatically recorded by cameras at the entrance and exit. After exiting, you have 72 hours to pay for your visit.

Available payment options:

- Paypoint: Pay on site before exiting via our paypoints.

- Website: Pay within 72 hours of exit at pay.apcoa.se.

- Apcoa Flow app: If you have registered in the app, added your registration number and activated it for the camera reading before the entrance, you can pay directly in the app. You can enable automatic debit for a smoother experience.

- Invoice: If no payment is made within 72 hours, an invoice will be sent to the registered owner of the vehicle. An invoice fee of 59 SEK will be added.

Automatic debit in the Apcoa Flow app

Once your registration number is registered and activated for camera reading, your parking is automatically linked to your Apcoa Flow account. In order for the charges to be made automatically, you need to activate Automatic charging. You can activate this according to the steps below.

1. Menu in the app

2. Select Profile & Payment method.

3. Scroll to the bottom and activate Automatic debit

When visiting our sites equipped with Park & Go systems, where cameras record entry and exit, payment can be made within 72 hours of exit via our website: pay.apcoa.se

If payment is not made within 72 hours, an invoice will be sent to the vehicle owner, according to the Swedish Transport Agency.

The invoice is sent as a letter and delivered to the vehicle owner's letterbox.

You can pay your parking online for a Park&Go garage up to 72h after you have left the garage. You pay your parking at pay.apcoa.se.

Tip: For those who often park in our Park&Go garages, we recommend that you save betala.apcoa.se as a favourite on your mobile phone. All our sites are mobile-friendly, so you can easily pay both on site and afterwards.

1. Find an available charging station.
2. Connect the car with the charging cable.
3. If the charging station has an open lid, you can connect the cable to the charging station now. Some models have a locked lid that opens only after step 5.
4. Go to "Charging" in the app and search for your charging box (e.g. HA04).
5. Select your payment card and tap "Start charging" to begin. Charging will start in about 30 seconds.
6. If you are standing at a charging box with a locked lid, you can now connect the cable to the charging box. Charging will then start automatically within about 30 seconds (green button on the charging box opens the lid).
7. Press "End" when you have finished charging and then remove the charging cable from both the car and the charging box.

Yes, you can easily use your APCOA FLOW corporate contract as a payment method.
If you or your company has an APCOA FLOW corporate contract, you can use the corporate account as a payment method when charging at APCOA FLOW Charging stations.

Start charging in the APCOA FLOW app - just select company parking as the payment method.
Payment for charging is automatically sent as an invoice to the company - along with any parking, if relevant at the location.
